INDEPENDENCE — Ronald Kimmerle, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kimmerle of Independence, was killed about 2 a.m. Sunday when the car he was driving struck a bridge abutment on highway 150, two miles south of Hazleton. Kimmerle was alone in the car.Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the First Methodist church. Burial will be in Mt.Hope cemetery. The body is at White funeral home.Survivors include his parents; a brother, Larry; four sisters, Mrs. Donald Willard of Independence; Patricia, Shirley Jo, and Susan, all at home; his paternal grandmother, Mrs.Fred Kimmerle, and his maternal grandmother, Mertie Sauer, all of Independence.
