Dean Michael Foster, 48, passed away Monday, Sept. 24, 2007. Dean was born October 15, 1958 in Topeka the son of Harry F. and Dorothy K. Kumba Foster. He graduated from Topeka West High School in 1977. He worked for the Material Distribution Center US Postal Service as a Building Equipment Mechanic. He received his HVAC certification and served in the US Army as a combat engineer in Honduras. Dean was a member of the Eagles Lodge, American Legion and APWU. He married Tammy Arb on September 3, 1994. Survivors include his wife, Tammy Foster, Topeka; children, Lindsey and Jason Foster, Topeka; one grandson, Topeka; brothers, John (Benetta) Foster, Eskridge, William (Sandy) Foster, Topeka, Daryl (Connie) Foster, Topeka, Alan Foster, Emmett; sisters, Suzanne (Robert) Sachs, Topeka, Beth (Craig) Blumreich, Topeka, Judy (Jim) Barnes, Memphis, TN; parents in law, Howard and JoAnn Arb, Melvern, KS; sisters in law, Debbie Arb, Topeka, Christy Arb, Topeka, Janelle Arb, Eudora; brother in law, Keith (Denise) Arb, Fort Worth, TX; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. |
