About | Miss Angela C. "Angie" Cotton, 23, of St. Albans, WV, formerly of Wurtland, died April 17, 1988 from injuries suffered when struck by a car Sunday on U.S. 52, near South Point, OH. Miss Cotton was born Feb. 25, 1965, in Ashland, a daughter of Carl W. and June McCaleb Cotton of Wurtland. She was a graduate of Greenup County High School and Marshall University and was assistant manager of Watsons Department Store in St. Albans. She had moved from Wurtland to St. Albans six months ago. Surviving in addition to her parents are a brother, Brian N. Cotton, at home; a sister, Paige M. Cotton, at home; and the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Helen M. McCaleb of Wurtland. The funeral was conducted at 11:00 am Wednesday at the Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods by the Rev. Douglas McCaleb and the Rev. Darrell Stephenson. Burial was in the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens at Flatwoods. |
