| About | Tena Louise Stephens, 41, of Flatwoods, Ky., died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2006, at her residence. She was born Aug. 11, 1965, in Ironton, Ohio, a daughter of Billy Ray (Beverly) Stephens and the late Phyllis Rice Stephens. She was vice president of SSJ Forest Products and a member of Westwood Enterprise Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling and shopping. Additional survivors include a son, Johnny Lee Johnson of Ky. 5, Ashland, Ky.; a brother, Dennis Wayne Stephens of Flatwoods; and four sisters by choice, Kelly Patterson, Robin Wolfe, Diedra Hensley and D-Ann Fetters. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Westwood Enterprise Baptist Church by the Rev. Mike Locklear. Burial will be in Sparks Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods. ~~~~~~~~ Tina and I were class mates at Greenup Co. High School. We started chatting online sometime during the mid 1990's. She was a wonderful person who will always be missed. |
