Dwight started working for TANK, the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky, shortly after high school. He worked as a mechanic doing heating and AC as well as an electrician on transit buses for 29 years. Dwight was a superb mechanic, competing in international mechanic competitions six different times. Dwight was very well respected among his co workers. He was actually a fun guy to work with too. He had a great sense of humor and was always smiling. For some time he was also the Vice President of the union at TANK. He is missed at TANK where there is a huge picture of Dwight on the shop wall. Dwight was 49 and married at the time of his passing. He was laid to rest in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Erlanger. |
