Mark was born July 1, 1969 in Great Falls, Montana to Gary and Mary Ella Jackson Rexroat. Mark was an Emergency Medical Technician for nine years serving Trimble and Henry Counties. He volunteered for the Bedford Fire Department shortly after moving to Trimble County serving for over 10 years. Mark served as Fire Chief for 2 years and Assistant Fire Chief for 1 year. He loved Trimble County and showed that love through his commitment to the county by his service not only for medical treatment but throughout the school system and youth league activities. For his exceptional service as an EMT he was named the EMT of the year as well as raising much needed money for the Crusade for Children. Mark in his spare time cherished time spent with his wife and children. He enjoyed being involved with his kids and their various activities. Mark loved the University of Kentucky Basketball program and would attend games no matter the weather. He also enjoyed being outdoors and hunting. Mark was able to bag many hunter’s dream in ten and eight point bucks. Mark leaves to mourn him his loving wife of twenty two years Sarah Roberts Rexroat. Their five children, who were his pride and joy: Elizabeth Rexroat, Austin Rexroat, Olivia Rexroat, Joshua Rexroat, Benjamin Rexroat all of Bedford, KY. His parents: Gary and Mary Ella Jackson Rexroat of LaGrange, KY His maternal Grandmother: Nella Mae Jackson of Russell Springs, KY His sister: Melissa Fisher and her husband Ron of Crestwood, KY Mark was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather: Cecil Jackson Paternal Grandparents: Hubert Rexroat and Imogene Aaron Rexroat. |
