| About | Franklin T. Massey Devoe 53, Houlton, passed away August 17, 2015 at his residence. He was born June 6, 1962, the son of Gilbert T. and Patricia (Sacobie) Devoe. Franklin was a member of the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians. He loved movies and had a large collection of DVDs. Franklin is survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and his oldest sister. |
