He was employed for 40 years with Dunn Furniture Co., starting out as their operations manager and retiring as an accomplished sales consultant. He was a member of Church of the Good Shepherd - Episcopal, member and past president of Houlton Rotary Club, and member and past exalted ruler of Houlton Lodge of Elks. He served on Houlton Parks and Recreation Committee for 10 years, and on Houlton Credit Union Board of Trustees. Hal is survived by his wife, Shirley (Hall) Bossie '45; sons, David and Jeffrey; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and nephew, Gary Bossie. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Modeste (Morneault) Bossie; brother, Kenneth Bossie. |
