| About | Elaine D. Baker, 61, passed away Monday, Jan. 30, 2006, at Thayer Unit, MaineGeneral Medical Center, in Waterville. She was born on May 26, 1944, in Hollis, the daughter of Willie Stone and Ruth (Butler) Stone. She graduated from Kennebunk High School as a member of the class of 1962 and married Donald Baker on July 28, 1962, in Kennebunkport. Elaine spent most of her life as a homemaker and she enjoyed going to camp, going snowmobiling and riding ATVs. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Donald Baker, of Canaan; one son, Steven Baker, and his wife, Linda, of Canaan; two daughters, Kimberly Baker of Canaan; and Dawn Baker of Canaan; one brother, David Stone, and his wife, Robin, of Lewiston; two sisters, Ann Hutchins and her husband, Mike, of Kennebunkport; and Louise Rice and her husband, Stephen, of Kennebunkport; one grandson, Brandon; and several nieces and nephews. |
