About | Taken from her obituary: SANDWICH, Mass. - Norma Jean (MacDonald) Goddard, 51, of Sandwich, Mass., died suddenly at the Falmouth Hospital, Falmouth, Mass., on Saturday, March 15, 2003. She was the wife of Stephen H. Goddard. Born in Portland, Maine, she was the daughter of Rosalie May (Baker) MacDonald of Portland and the late Maurice E. MacDonald. A graduate of Portland High School, Class of 1969, she then attended Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute, graduating in 1976 as an LPN. Previously living in Greater Portland, Maine area, she also lived in Carver, Mass., and Coldwater, Mich., for 10 years before moving to Sandwich, Mass., three years ago. Mrs. Goddard was employed as a phlebotomist for C-Lab in Mashpee, Mass. She enjoyed needlepoint, stenciling and racquetball. Survivors include her husband; her mother; two daughters Cari-Lyn Goddard Lane of Saco, Maine and Maureen "Molly" Elisabeth Goddard of Sandwich, Mass; two sisters Leona Noel of Clarkston, Mich. and Maureen Fenton of Portland, Maine; and her brother Paul MacDonald of Junction City, Kansas. |
