| About | Kathleen Morrell the daughter of Frank and Isabel (Ormsby) Morrell was born in Saco, Maine, on July 19, 1910 and moved to Winslow about 1913. She resided in the same Winslow house on Beacon Street until her death on Jun 18, 1987. She graduated from WHS in the class of 1929. Kay worked at the F.W. Woolworth Store in Waterville until it closed in the 1960%u2019s. As a sidelines she hand coloured portraits taken by the Prebble Photography studio. She was predeceased by her parents and an infant brother, Ralph. She was survived by her sister, Phyllis Taylor (WHS %u201923) a nephew Douglas Taylor (WHS %u201959) a niece Carlene (Taylor) LeMieux (WHS %u201949) other nieces and nephews as well many cousins in Ireland. |
