| About | James Edward Hunter Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday for James E. Hunter, 30, of Bowie, who died Friday in an automobile accident on Route 50 in Prince George’s County. Services will be held at Hardesty Funeral Home, 12 Ridgely Avenue. Mr. Hunter was born in Annapolis and graduated from Southern High School in 1976. He attended Prince George’s Community College for two years and was employed as a Quality Analyst for the U.S. Naval Yard in Washington, D.C. As a Chief Warrant Officer with the Air National Guard, he flew helicopters. An Episcopalian by faith, he also enjoyed rebuilding homes. He is survived by his parents, James W. Hunter II and Edrie Deuel Hunter of Annapolis; and three sisters: Catherine Rebecca Mason of Stevensville, Sarah Louise Cox of Arnold, and Jennifer Alicia Silk of Baltimore. Burial will be in Lakemont Memorial Gardens. |
