| About | Funeral services for James Michael Norris Sr., 35, of Chester, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hardesty Funeral Home, 905 Galesville Road, Galesville. Mr. Norris, who was riding a motorcycle, died early Saturday morning at Anne Arundel Medical Center after an accident late Friday night at Central Avenue and Mayo Road in Edgewater. He struck a car that had turned in front of him. Born in Detroit, he was taking emergency medical training at Anne Arundel Community College. For 10 years he worked at the Pentagon as a Space Alteration Specialist. A member of the Kingsman Motorcycle Club since 1978, he served as club president. His interests were fishing and motorcycles. Surviving are his wife, Kiva Norris, two sons, James M Norris Jr and Benjamin Norris, and one daughter, Christa Norris, of Chester, his mother, Dorothy Norris of Edgewater; and two brothers, Matthew Norris of Savannah, GA, and Daniel Norris of Edgewater. Burial will be in Woodfield Cemetery |
