| About | Sandra Kay Buchholz March 4, 1960 — April 10, 2025 Sandra Kay Buchholz, 65, devoted wife and mother, passed away on April 10, 2025. She was the loving daughter of the late Charles and Florence Seibert. A dedicated computer analyst, Sandy spent her career serving many local schools in Anne Arundel County. Outside of her professional life, Sandy enjoyed the simpler pleasures of life, which included savoring good wine during her many wine tasting adventures. She also found joy in the art of jigsaw puzzles. A true cat lover, Sandra had a special bond with her furry companions, their playful antics bringing joy and laughter into her home. She had a keen eye for design and style, relishing the days spent shopping and browsing stores. Family and friends fondly remember her spontaneous day trips, whether it was at a cozy restaurant trying out new dishes or embarking on adventures to nearby destinations—all enriched by her cheerful presence. As a self-proclaimed tech wizard, Sandy had an impressive ability to navigate through the technical maze of gadgets and software, often becoming the go-to person for anyone in need of assistance. Sandy is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, Steve; beloved children, Paul and Leah Buchholz; dear siblings, Charles "Chuck" Seibert and Paula Dickerson; loving uncle, Wes Sudduth; and caring brother-in-law, Dennis Buchholz. She will also be missed by her adored "grand-cats". A memorial service to celebrate Sandy's life will be held on Thursday, April 17th, 7 PM, in the funeral home chapel, with a gathering prior from 4 - 7 PM.
