William "Billy" Ward, 63, died of natural causes. Billy was a devoted father and a "friend" to everyone he met. He was a self-employed painter then later retired from the Smithsonian. He enjoyed riding his Harley, Redskins football, watching his grandkids play sports and good times with family and friends. He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Mueller of Crofton, Paula (Matt) Stouten of Stevensville, and Traci (Ralph) Hepperle of Califronia, MD; his grandchildren Ralph Hepperle, Troy Hepperle, Dylan Mueller, Abigail Mueller, Wyatt Hepperle, Caden and Eilzabeth Stouten; his siblings, Richard, David, Robert, Beatrice Ward and many nieces, nephews. He was preceded in death by parents; Richard and Beatrice, and sister; Cindy Joy and ex-wife, Martha. A celebration of life will be planned for the spring. |
