| About | Alice Louise Ritter, 75, of Gettysburg, PA, entered into God's eternal care on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Carlisle Rehab and Nursing Center. Born March 14, 1951, in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late Richard W. and Virginia G. (Smith) Harbaugh. Alice was the loving wife of Donald L. Ritter with whom she shared 56 years of marriage. Alice was a 1969 graduate of Walkersville High School. Walkersville, MD. She was a member of Life Discovery Church, McSherrystown, PA. In addition to her husband Donald, Alice is survived by her children, Jennifer M. Lentz and husband Paul, Adam D. Ritter and wife Keziah; grandchildren, Cameron D. Sites, Ashtyn N. Sites, and Sonnet J. Ritter; great grandson, Easton G. Sites; and siblings, Mary Funk and husband Jerry, Judy Bohn and husband Marlin; her dogs, Benji and Kelli; and special friends, Kathie Nogle, Rhoda Smallwood, and Connie Keller. She was preceded in death by a daughter Nichole L. Ritter. A graveside service will be private and for family only at Resthaven Cemetery, Frederick, MD. Followed by a 1 PM, Saturday August 8, 2026 service for the public to celebrate her life at The Intersection Church, 1980 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg, PA, with her Pastor Jerry Stoltzfoos and friend Pastor Joel Nogle officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-1 PM, Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Tender Care Pregnancy, 1844 York Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
