| About | Benjamin Joseph Toms, of Frederick, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026 at his home. Born May 1, 1988 in Frederick, he was the son of Gene and Freeda Toms of Legore. Ben was a graduate of Walkersville High School. He was currently working with Tate Chrysler of Frederick in the Parts Department. Ben is also survived by 2 children; 6 siblings; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; and his biological parents. He was predeceased by his sister, Stacey Lamoreaux in 2025. A memorial service will be held at Oak Hill Church of God, 10053 Oak Hill Road, Keymar, MD on Saturday, July 18 at 2 p.m. Inurnment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
