| About | Darendia Lee "Sue" Thomson, 71, of Frederick, MD, passed away Friday, September 27, 2022. Born Wednesday, December 13, 1950, in Baltimore, MD. She was the daughter of the late Ralph Castle, Sr., and Catherine Castle. She was a graduate of Walkersville High School, and Church Homes Nursing School, of Baltimore, MD. Darendia was a lifetime member of Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick, MD. She worked at Frederick Memorial Hospital of Frederick, MD, and retired from Gettysburg Hospital of Gettysburg, PA. Darendia is survived by her brother, Ralph "Sonny" Castle, Jr., and Kenneth E. Miller, Jr. She was proceeded in death by her late husband John Thomson, and sister Shirley "Peck" Stine. Services will be announced at a later date.
