| About | David Reginald Harman Jr., age 49 of Keymar, died Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at his home. Born May 13, 1976 in Westminster, he was the son of Linda Claybaugh Harman and David Reginald Harman Sr. He was a 1994 graduate of Walkersville High School and was previously employed with the ARC of Carroll County and as a preschool teacher in a daycare. He was an avid Redskins and Orioles fan, enjoyed playing baseball and football and watching NASCAR. Surviving in addition to his parents are daughters Kara and Jenna Harman, grandson Alexander Perez III, sister Beverly Carnaggio and husband John, special aunt Vickie Triplett, many cousins, best friends Scott Phillips and Doug Little, and many many high school friends. He was predeceased by aunts Betty Meise and Debbie Reed, and grandfather George Claybaugh. The family will receive friends from 1-4 PM on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Hartzler Funeral Home, 6 E. Broadway St., Union Bridge. |
