| About | Mr. Donald Lee Biser, 70, of Fort Loudon, PA, went home to be with the Lord June 7, 2023. Born November 7, 1952, in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Donald L Biser and Jane F. Putman. Donald graduated from Walkersville High School in 1970. He served in the US Navy and then went on to long careers at North American Housing and Builders First Source. Surviving Donald are his children: Anna Ruppert, Donald Biser Jr., Christopher Biser, Matthew Biser; Siblings: Doris Boyer, Mary Gross, Charles Biser, Barbara Lantz, Patty Fogle; In-laws: Peggy Willard, Melvin Ennis, Gary Kendall, Michael Bolinger, Paul Frazer; and their families. Additionally, Donald will be fondly remembered by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Donald was preceded in death by his wife Diana L Biser; brother Richard Biser; sisters and brother-in-law Patsy Ennis, Margaret Justice, and Alex Ennis Funeral services will be held at J.L. Davis funeral home, 12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg MD. Visitation at 1pm June 16th, 2023 service at 2pm, followed by a graveside committal at Bethel Cemetery in Sabillasville MD.
