| About | Patrick James Croghan, 43, of Frederick, Maryland passed away from this life unexpectedly on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Born on September 20, 1980, he was the son of John Thomas Croghan, Jr. (Linda) of Clarksburg, Maryland, and Janice Myrlee Ely (Donald) of Thurmont, Maryland. Patrick graduated from Walkersville High School, Class of 1998. Patrick is survived by his siblings, Brent (Jenny), Ann (Jason), John (Kristen), David, Dennis (Karissa) and Jason (Shelby). Patrick is preceded in death by brother Donald Ely, Jr. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Patrick was an avid sports fan and his favorite teams were the Raiders, Orioles and Penguins. He was very dedicated and passionate about his work in the kitchen at the White Rabbit Gastropub in Frederick, Maryland. Patrick also enjoyed spending time with family and friends when he was not working. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 6, 2024 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD.
