About | Cape Cod Times June 29, 2004 at 2:00 AM Dennis A. MacLeod, 55 Pocasset Dennis Allan MacLeod, 55, died Friday at home after a long illness. Mr. MacLeod was born in Wareham and was a lifelong resident of Pocasset. He graduated from Bourne High School in 1967. He attended Franklin Institute in Boston and also became a teacher there. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and, with his wife, owned and operated the Video Shoppe in North Falmouth for 16 years. He was also an equipment inventory manager for Coast in Boston, retiring in 2001. Mr. MacLeod was an avid motorcyclist and was a member and past president of the G.W.R.R.A., a club of Goldwing riders. He loved gardening, carpentry, fishing and working on anything mechanical. A service was held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 130 Main St., Bourne. |
