About | Cape Cod Times July10, 2016 Earl ‘Bud’ S. Raymond Jr., 81 LARGO, FL - Earl Raymond Jr., 81, of Largo, FL passed away peacefully May 23, 2016 at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born in Hyannis, MA, and graduated from Bourne High School in 1952. He served in the U.S. Army as a Medic during the Korean War. He graduated from Bryant College in Providence, RI in 1960 with a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration. His employment career included RCA, Union Carbide Corp., Barry Wehmiller Electronics, Crown Acura of Clearwater and Baxter Healthcare. He and Connie, his wife of 35 years, moved to Florida in 1980. During their many happy years together they enjoyed extensive traveling in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. His passion was gardening, landscaping, and woodworking, where he could always be found carving scenic pictures in his garage. He is predeceased by his parents, Earl Sr. and Ruth (Hurley) Raymond; and sisters Ruth Fortune and Shirley Short. A Celebration of Life Mass was held at the St. Matthew Catholic Church in Largo.
