| About | Wednesday, April 2, 2014 The Times-Tribune James E. Eldridge, 55, passed away at his home in Corbin, after a brief illness on March 26, 2014. Jim was predeceased by his beloved mother, Marie Eldridge and by his step brother Dana Wicklund. Jim grew up and went to school in Bourne, graduating from Bourne High School in 1976. He worked for many years as a fish cutter at Capt. Harris’ Fish Market in Buzzards Bay. He then joined the Otis Fire Department, where he remained for many years, ending this portion of his career as a Lieutenant. He relocated to Corbin 15 years ago where he worked as a cross country truck driver. His family will always be grateful for the care and comfort she provided to him both before and during his illness. |
