| About | JAMES MALCOLM COADY Obituary Published in Daytona Beach News Journal on Nov. 4, 2012 James Malcolm (Mal) Coady of Monument Beach died Tuesday, October 30, 2012 from complications of cancer at the age of 85. Born in Braintree, MA, he was the son of the late Kempton and Emma Coady of Monument Beach, MA. He was raised in Bourne and graduated from Bourne High School. He served during World War II and the Korean War. He graduated from Duke University and had a distinguished career as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. After retirement from the FBI, he practiced law as an attorney in Newport, RI. He enjoyed gardening, reading, crossword puzzles, and family gatherings. A memorial service was held at St. Barnabas Memorial Church, Main Street, Falmouth, MA, Friday, November 9th, at 1:00 p.m. Interment followed in St. Peter's Cemetery, Sandwich, MA |
