| About | Cape Cod Times February 16, 2005 Lillian P. Marchisio, 87 Telephone Operator; Waitress; Sagamore Native SAGAMORE Lillian Pauline Marchisio, 87, died Saturday at Jordan Hospital, Plymouth. Born and educated in Sagamore, she graduated from Bourne High School in 1936. She was a waitress at Melia's Restaurant in Mashpee and a telephone operator in Cataumet and Wareham before retiring in 1983. She was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America and Council of Aging in Bourne. She enjoyed gardening and getting together with friends. A service was held at St. Theresa's Church, Route 6A, Sagamore. Burial was in St. Peter's Cemetery in Sandwich. |
