| About | Gary J. Dzubek, 39, of 272 Morgan Road, a self-employed designer, died Thursday at home. He was previously a designer for Tressard Co. for 10 years. Born in Springfield, he lived in New York City before moving here a year ago. He was a graduate of West Springfield High School, the Franklin Institute in Boston, and the Parsons School of Design in New York City.
