About | Donald G. Mol, 28, of Charlevoix, died Jan. 30, 1992, at Charlevoix Area Hospital. Funeral services took place at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, at the First Congregational Church in Charlevoix with the Rev. Philip G. Schairbaum officiating. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, Charlevoix. Mr. Mol was born Aug. 16, 1963, in Charlevoix, the son of Jack R. and Nomis J. (Ringler) Mol. He graduated from Charlevoix High School in 1981. He worked at Irish Boat Shop in Charlevoix for many years. For the past two years, he worked as a boat broker for Charlevoix Boat Shop, formerly the Dilworth Boat Shop. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and waterskiing. Survivors include his mother, Nomis J. Mol of Charlevoix; two brothers, Michael W. and his wife, Kris, of Prudenville, and Terry L. and his wife, Beth, and their daugh- ter, Emily, of Midland; one sister, Mrs. Douglas (Shari) Huyser of Grand Rapids; and his maternal grandmother, Esther Ringler of Charlevoix and Bradenton, Fla. He I was preceded in death by his father, Jack R. Mol, in 1987. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Charlevoix Area Hospital.
