ALLISON, Kenneth R. - Of Clio, age 69, died Monday, June 28, 2004 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Thurs- day, July 1, 2004 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Robert Koch officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-9 PM and Wednesday from 1-9 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to a family fund. Kenneth was born February 14, 1935 in Charlevoix, Michigan to the late Alfred and Sadie (DeButts) Allison. He graduated from Charlevoix High School in 1954. He had resided in the Flint area most of his life. Kenneth married Joan VanEeckhoutte May 9, 1959. He was a journeyman carpenter and former superintendent for several area construction companies including Sorenson & Gross, Johnson & Hoffman, Darin & Armstron and Walbridge Aldinger. He was also a member of the Lamb of God Fellowship Church in Montrose. Ken enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time. Surviving are: wife: Joan; 4 children: Elaine (Charles) Tusciuk of Clio, Ronald (Anna) Allison of Clio, Renee (David) Moreau of Millington and Brian (Tina) Allison of Mt. Morris. Brother: Bill (Louise) Allison of AZ; 4 sisters: Wanita Jenkins of Flint, Shirlene (Robert) Tripp of Charlevoix, Janet (John) Harris of Boyne City, Jean (Bob) Stowe of Ironton. Many special friends.
