| About | Mary Louise Novotny, 76, of Charlevoix, died June 19, 1990, at Little Traverse Division, North- ern Michigan Hospitals. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 22, at Christ Episcopal Church, Charlevoix. The Rev. Lander Carter will officiate and burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, Charlevoix. The former Mary Louise Gallagher was born June 10, 1914, in Charlevoix, the daughter of Fran- cis and Emma (Cheney) Gallagher. She was a 1933 graduate of Charlevoix High School and married Frank Novotny in 1940 in Traverse City. The couple made their home in Charlevoix. Mrs. Novotny was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary No. 1153 in Charlevoix. She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Warren (Betty) Reinhardt of Grayling; seven grandchildren. The family suggests memorials to Christ Episcopal Church. Envelopes for that purpose are avail- able at the Winchester Funeral Home, Charlevoix, where arrangements were handled. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. |
