| About | Peter F. Winnick, 56 Former Charlevoix resident Peter F. Winnick, 56, died July 19, 1992, at his home in Leslie, Mich. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, at the Gorsline-Runciman Co., Lansing Chapel, 900 E. Michigan, Lansing. Chaplain William Phillips of Local 1618 U.A.W. will officiate. Mr. Winnick was born Jan. 23, 1936, in Charlevoix. He was a graduate of Charlevoix High School and a U.S. Air Force veteran. Mr. Winnick was employed at Cassen's Transport. Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Jean; one daughter, Brenda and her husband Anthony Quinn of Washington; three sons, Steve and his wife Doris Platz of Cadillac, Tommie Platz of Leslie and Peter and his wife Pat Winnick of Grand Rapids; 10 grandchildren; two sisters, Delores Peterson of Melford and Dorothy Whitley of Midland. |
