| About | Scott Allen Crandell, 20, of Hayes Township, died Oct. 28, 1988, in Hayes Township. Funeral services were held Monday at the Winchester Funeral Home, Charlevoix. The Rev. Milton G. Walls Jr. of the First Presbyterian Church, Bay Shore, officiated with burial in Brookside Cemetery, Charlevoix. Mr. Crandell was born June 1, 1968, in Petoskey, the son of Robert and Madge P. (Shepler) Crandell. He was a lifetime resident of the Charlevoix area and a 1986 graduate of Charlevoix High School. He played on the high school football team and then attended Ferris State University for two years. He was working for Bob Crandell Excavating in Charlevoix and was a member of the Bay Shore First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include: his parents, Robert and Pauline Crandell of Charlevoix; two brothers, Robert Crandell II of Charlevoix and David McFalls of Charlevoix; one sister, Mrs. John (Paula Moats) Bradley of Charlevoix; his grandmother, Mrs. William Shepler of Mackinaw City. He was preceded in death by his mother, Madge P. Crandell. |
