| About | I'm sure everyone remembers the outgoing and charismatic Burt Katona. He was a member of the Band (played French Horn) and was friends with everyone he came in contact with during his years at HPHS. Sadly, Burt passed away at age 59 on January 14, 2008 of a heart attack. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael, in December of 2006. Burt was living in Wyoming, Michigan (near Grand Rapids) at the time of his death. When you think of Burt, you can't help but smile. |
