Of 515 Bird Ave., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 12, 1974, aged 20 years. Surviving are his wife Erma Mae; one son Billy D. Pirtle III; parents Mr. and Mrs. Billy D. Pirtle Sr.; one brother Rickie; two sisters Mrs. Sherry Jayne Asbury, Miss Tresa Pirtle; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilburn Simon, Mrs. Pauline Holt and Lawrence Pirtle; one nephew; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was employed by Tomkins – Johnson. He is buried at the Roseland Memorial Gardens in Jackson. (Jackson Citizen Patriot) |
