| About | Kathryn (Kathy) Grace Gregg, of Austin Minnesota, died on Friday, January 10th, 2020 in Memory Care at St. Mark's Living. A family burial will be held at Rose Creek Enterprise Cemetery at a later date. Kathy was born on August 14th, 1951 in Austin to Wesley Norman and Grace (Diekema) Gregg. Kathy grew up in Austin and graduated from Austin High School in 1969. She moved to Rochester, Minnesota and worked as a nursing assistant at St. Marys Hospital for 35 years. After retiring, she returned to Austin. Kathy enjoyed walking and walked nearly every day until Parkinson's slowed her down. She had a special place in her heart for animals and adopted many cats in her lifetime, most recently were Tuxie and Acer. She especially loved to spend time with family and never forgot a birthday or special occasion. Kathy will be missed by her siblings Milla (Gary) Applen, Fred (Ann Kendrick) Gregg, and Norma (Terry) Plath; also, her niece Laura Cooper, nephews David Applen, Terrance (Tara Scott) Plath, Alex Plath, and two great nephews, Benjamin Cooper and Leo Plath. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents. |
