Lori was diagnosed with diabetes at 16. She lived in Gardiner, Montana where she loved life. In her early 30's her kidneys started to fail and was put on dialysis. I was fortunate to fly out and visit her in May of 1995. Lori was thrilled when she received her kidney transplant in October of that year. On December 15th of that year I got the call that Lori started to reject her transplant and went into a coma for 2 weeks before she passed away. She was truly the sweetest and most loving friend I ever knew and she is missed terribly. |
