About | Ted "Teddy" Cossin, 51, Hermantown died unexpectedly at St. Lukes Hospital on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009. Ted was born in Duluth, and graduated from Denfeld High School class of 1977. Ted was employed by Kraft Foods as a salesman and driver and formerly worked for Hallet Docks as an electrician and supervisor. Ted had a love of the outdoors which included hunting, fishing and golf. Ted was always an active fan of his children's activities in soccer and hockey. Ted had many friends who will remember him for his sense of humor, contagious smile and never ending stories. He will be greatly missed by many but never forgotten as he was always the life of the party. The legacy of Ted will live on through his gift of organ donation which took place on his 51st birthday. Ted was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Ellen Gagne and Luther and Lydia Cossin. Survivors include his wife Mary; children, Chad and Chelsea; parents, Judy and Doyle; mother-in-law, Barbara Vedder; brother, Terry (Cindy) of Colorado; sisters, Debbie (Mercier) Cossin and DeAnn Cossin of California; four nephews Charlie, Troy, Joe Mercier and Zachary Simonton and niece, Britney Simonton. |
