William Joseph "Billy" age 55 of Bloomington passed away in his home surrounded by his family on May 24, 2021. Preceded by stepson, sister, father and mother-in-law. Survived by wife, mother, 2 brothers, sister, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Whether he was drilling holes through the ice, climbing into a deer stand or navigating a boat to his favorite fishing spot, he always appreciated the wonder of nature. He was an artist, comedian and gifted storyteller. Bill, and his booming voice, had the ability to raise the energy level and connect with his audience. He was generous, compassionate, accepting and loving. |
