| About | Eileen Elizabeth Beach, age 58, passed away at Gundersen Health System of La Crosse surrounded by her family on February 10, 2016. She was born on July 11, 1957 in Chicago, IL, to Lawrence and Colleen (Moore) Collins. Eileen attended La Crescent High School and following graduation attended Viterbo University where she received her teaching degree. She married Jim Beach on August 2, 2002. Eileen taught at Caledonia High School and she was a member of Cedar Valley Lutheran Church. Eileen truly lived life to the fullest through her family, friends and grandchildren, her four cats, sewing and travel. She is survived by her husband, Jim; her beloved children Carson, Ann and Brian Betsinger; step sons Dan (Shelly) Beach and Tony (Becky) Beach; three grandchildren Tyler, Hailey and Abigail Beach. Others who are left to honor and remember Eileen are her Mother Colleen Collins, siblings Mary Schindlbeck, Laura (Tom) Fogli, Kevin Collins and Daniel Collins; six nieces and seven nephews; special friends Cheryl Doering, Sue Rose, Kathy Chenault, Debbie Heide Sullivan and many other friends. Eileen was preceded in death by her father. |
