Jodi (born July 31, 1970 in Little Falls, MN) passed away at his home in Little Falls at the age of 34. He was married to Pamela Formo (since Sept. 28, 1996) and two young daughters, Alicia and Bailey. He is survived by his parents, Jerome Sr. and Janet; two brothers: Jerome and Jeffery; three sisters: Jennifer, Joyce and Joyell and many other family members and friends. He worked in road construction with Aztec Corporation out of St. Joseph, MN. Jodi grew up in Little Falls and loved to spend time with his family and friends. His greatest joy was taking his daughters fishing. Jodi enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing darts, pool - where he was captain, cooking and camping with his family. He was preceded in death by infant daughter, Michelle. |
