About | Aaron passed away in his home after a long illness. A few of his nicknames as he was growing up was "Poison Ivy" cause once you were around him you were always itching to hang out witih him. "Aaron the Great!" was his anticipation of his future and had anticipated making a difference in the world around him...and he did even though it was short lived. One of the stories he used to tell was when Dennny Malone (?) and Aaron went fishing for the first time in his dad's new boat. Aaron was raised on the lakes in the surround area and knew a few things and prompted Denny with some questions. Denny assured Aaron that things were under control...needless to say Aaron said a few times too many something to the tune of, "Denny, were's this water coming from?" "Denny, don't you think there's too much water in here?" Anyways, that day they swam back to shore with fishing equipment in hand and had the boat towed from the bottom of the lake. Oh, yes...the time when I came home to find 3 large grocery sized McDonald's bags of food...anyone remember the "McFeast"? Denny, Peacock, and Aaron had them full of their favorites. Who knew McD's had such large to go bags? LOL! Aaron was liked by everyone that came into contact with him. He had a personality and a presents that attracted the nicest of people and friends. Aaron is survived by his wife, Lisa Smith (Fox), his daughter Erica Smith, his son Garrett Smith, his parent's Carol and Jerry Smith, his brother Ronald Smith and his son David Smith, 2 sisters, Zanita Esther and her 4 children Amber Skelly, Adam Arnold, Michael Easter, Kelsey Easter, Cherri Stockstill and her 3 sons Joshua Stockstill, Zachariah Stockstill, Malachi Stockstill, paternal grandparent Opal Smith, maternal grandparents Altah and Oren Snodgrass.
