Alan E. Williams, 52, Springfield, a lawn maintenance worker and Air Force veteran, died at 8:56 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2002, in his home. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Mary Williams, Springfield; 1 sister Diane Flowers and husband, Tim, Springfield; nephews , Brad and Shawn; the one he loved, his girlfriend, Shirley Denny; and a special little friend, Karissa (Bambino) Denny. Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
