| About | Conner, William Fraizer died on July 31, 2016. He is survived by his daughter Cathy Conery (Chris) of Colorado, his daughter Sue Irey (Bill Swartz) of California, his son Neal Conner (Heidi Henriksen) of Colorado and his daughter Tricia Conner (Peter Bouchard) of Missouri as well as ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years Margaret Trowbridge Conner. Bill was born on Jan. 22, 1925, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Honored to be chosen to attend the University of Chicago, Bill graduated with a Masters in Sociology in 1949. He worked at a wide variety of occupations including college professor, workers’ compensation insurance salesman, social worker and journalist before deciding at the age of 42 to follow his initial career choice and complete law school. He graduated with a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University in 1971. In the field of law, he found his niche adjudicating claims involving employer/employee relations for the State of Missouri. He was known and respected for his integrity and keen intelligence. A memorial service will be held for family members only.
