About | Landon's Obituary Landon M. Ward, age 61 of Webb City passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born in Joplin, Missouri to Frank Ward and Clarice (Tigert) Ward on October 9, 1953. Landon was a machinist, but his real passion was playing the guitar which he did for over 50 years. He is survived by his son, Joshua D. Ward of Webb City; one brother, and one sister. Landon has been taken for cremation and the family will conduct their own memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City. Landon is on front row, Stan Pugh who died 2015 in Texas is on top row. Stan Pugh obit as follows: Graveside services for Stan Pugh, 61, of Temple, will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, March 2, 2015, at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with Jared Morris officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday evening from 5-7 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Pugh was born June 29, 1953 in Carthage, Missouri, the son of Royden and Frances Pugh. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He married Judy Ann Cowan, August 14, 1975 in Belton. Mr. Pugh was a member of Temple Bible Church and also enjoyed worship on at Wildwood Church. He was a dietitian with the Veterans Administration. Survivors include his wife Judy Ann Pugh, two sons Israel Pugh and Aaron Pugh; two daughters Charity Hohhertz and Mindy Walker; four brothers Royden Pugh, Jr., Lawrence Pugh, Lynn Pugh, and Gaylon Pugh; two sisters Mary Ann Redfearn and Cathy Pugh and seven grandchildren. |
