| About | A 17 year-old Grand Island boy was killed in a one-car accident in Hall County on December 9, 1964. Francis and a passenger were hunting some five miles northwest of the city and were heading for Cairo to get something to eat before returning home. In crossing a bridge on a gravel road, the driver lost control of the car and it rolled end-over-end into a ditch. Francis was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Delmar Drevsen . Date of Death: December 9, 1964 with interment at West Lawn Cemetery. Francis was attending Grand Island Senior HIgh School and would have graduated with the class of 1965. |
