| About | Janice A. Smith, born April 18, 1947, age 62 years of Omaha passed away September 5, 2009. Born in Grand Island, Nebraska. Janice fought a long battle with cancer with her loving family by her side, she will be deeply missed. Janice graduated from Grand Island Senior School with the class of 1965. She was proceded in death by her father, Jacob Bantz; mother Gertrude Schumann. Janice is survived by her sons, Shane Smith, wife Teresa; Jeremy Smith, wife Candice; grandchildren, Brittany, Alicia, Joseph, Samantha, Hunter and MacKenzie Smith. Celebration of Janice's life will be Saturday, September 11, 2009 at Braman Mortuary Chapel with a private inurnment. |
