Rickie D Liebsack, 47, of 1217 North Sherman died Monday, March 13, at his home. Mr. Liebsack was born Aug. 11, 1947, at Grand Island to Emmanuel "Pete" and Lorrene (Planer) Liebsack. He attended Trinity Lutheran School and graduated from Grand Island Senior High. He served in the U.S. Army from November 1965 to November 1971 and received the Bronze Star in Vietnam. He married Christine McHargue on June 7,1970 at Grand Island. They lived in Grand Island, where he worked as a cook in various restaurants. Survivors include his father, of Grand Island; his son, Chad Jason Liebsack of Lincoln; and four brothers, Duane E. Liebsack of Lincoln and Gary L. Liebsack, both of Omaha, James L. Liebsack of Minburn, Iowa, and David A Liebsack of Des Moines, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his mother |
