| About | Robert L. "Bob" Williams died Tuesday, April 18, 1995 at his home. Burial will be in the Grand Island City Cemetery. Mr. Williams was born September 20, 1946 in Grand Island . He was educated in Grand Island, graduating from Grand Island Senior High in 1965. He served in the U.S. Navy from June 2, 1965 to February 17, 1967. He married Niki Ranslem on June 25, 1967 in Grand Island. The couple lived in Grand Island where he was employed by Brown's Auto Supply, Reitan's Auto Supply, National Auto Supply and Westside Lanes. At the time of his death, he was the General Tire representative at Sam's Club. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, an active bowler and enjoyed adult slow-pitch softball. He coached girls fast-pitch softball for 15 years. Survivors include his wife, one daughter Renee Williams of Lincoln, one brother and two sisters. |
