About | Matt Plugge Lincoln resident, 25 Matt Plugge, 25, of Lincoln, formerly of Inman, died Sunday, July 14, at Tabitha Care Center in Lincoln. He was born Aug. 22, 1976, in O'Neill to Kevin and Patricia (Watson) Plugge. He attended O'Neill Public High School, graduating in 1994. Following high school, Matt attended Northeast Community College for one year, then worked various traveling transmission line jobs throughout Nebraska and Colorado, and worked for the city of Minden, before starting his job in April of 2000 working for NPPD out of York. Matt's hobbies included fishing and camping, playing his Playstation and operating his remote controlled gas powered car. He enjoyed going out and being with his friends and sitting at home with Bronwen and a good movie. He is survived by his fiancŽe, Bronwen Carr of Lincoln; his parents, Kevin and Pat Plugge of Sutherland; grandparents, Stan and Betty Watson of O'Neill and Beverly Plugge of Norfolk; four sisters, Kimberly Krol of Osceola, Sharla Plugge, Shana Plugge and Avrielle Plugge, all of Sutherland; one brother, Patrick Plugge of North Platte; nieces and one nephew. He is preceded in death by one nephew. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill with burial in the O'Neill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday evening at the mortuary. |
