| About | Thomas James Karamus “TK” Born September 24th, 1941, in Trenton, NJ. Thomas lived in New Jersey all his life, retiring after 30 years of service as the Superintendent of Weights and Measures for Union County. He succumbed to cancer on Thursday, July 5, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Helen (Wall) Karamus, son Thomas S. Karamus, his brother Edward Karamus and sister, Virginia Loveland. He was a graduate of Linden High School, class of 1959. A viewing will take place at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave in Westfield on Tuesday, July 10th, from 5 to 9PM. Mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Mountainside on Wednesday, July 11th at 10am. Burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. |
